Starting today, I will be picking up comics, seeing stars of my fave geeky shows, and taking photos of adorable cosplayers. That’s right, I’ll be at Emerald City Comicon.
If you want to come up and say hi, or are looking for something cool to do at ECCC, this is my schedule:
Friday
3pm: Women in Webseries
Although the female producers of Job Hunters will not be on this panel, we’ll still be in attendance to show our spirit of other local women in webseries.
The rest of my time on Friday will be spent exploring the main floor and chatting up artists and vendors on things like cupcakes and their favorite parties!
Saturday
3pm: Futurama: The Future Sounds Good
My friend and fellow Job Hunters producer Forest Gibson will be moderating a panel featuring the voice talent of Futurama. Can’t wait!
4pm: Zombie Orpheus Entertainment’s Webseries Premierathon!
I’ll be checking out other local webseries at this panel.
6pm: Womanthology
This women-made comic anthology has been making a buzz around the comic/Kickstarter scenes. Can’t wait to see what it’s all about!
10:30pm: Nerdprov
I’ll be watching an amazing team of improvisers go nerdy for the night at the Market Theater.
Sunday
2pm: JOB HUNTERS WORLD PREMIERE!
Can you tell I’m excited? We’ll be premiering the first episode of Job Hunters and doing a Q&A with the producers. Many of the cast and crew will also be in attendance, so we may pull some of them up for the Q&A as well.
After the premiere, folks can meet us at the Night Zero booth to chat more and take pics. We’ll even have some of our jumpsuits available for folks to try on.
